Payment

All payment details are handled by the respective payment gateways. TeaCM does not store any credit card details in our system.

You will be directed to an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment of order.

Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 working days.

For all orders, we provide standard door-to-door delivery via courier with delivery tracking ID.

Standard delivery T&Cs by courier services apply.

Free Delivery is applicable for orders above required amount as follow:

Qualifying orders will get one time (1x) Free Delivery is provided per order per location.

There is strictly no return &/or refund for all orders that have left our warehouse either via self-collect or picked up by the courier company.
